  • Device & Security: IP address, user-agent, logs, security signals (fraud prevention).
  • Support/Communications: support tickets, preferences, consents.

2. What We Do Not Collect/Store

We do not collect or store any payment information, financial data, card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, bank account details, or wallet credentials. Twique does not process payments.

3. Purposes & Legal Basis

  • Provide services (experience feedback collection, loyalty automation, analytics reporting): performance of contract.
  • Business verification and platform integrity: legal obligation/legitimate interest.
  • Security, fraud prevention, platform diagnostics: legitimate interest.
  • Service communications and support: consent/contract.
