Twique provides a SaaS platform for service experience improvement and loyalty automation. We help businesses and freelancers capture customer feedback, automate loyalty rewards (digital coupons, points, service-based offers), and access experience analytics. Twique does not process payments, handle financial transactions, or act as a payment gateway.

No illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity; comply with IT Act, Consumer Protection Act, and applicable laws.
Use the platform only for legitimate service experience improvement and customer engagement purposes.
4. Fees & Taxes
Subscription and service fees apply as per your chosen plan; taxes (e.g., GST) are additional unless stated.

All fees are for SaaS platform access, experience analytics, and loyalty automation features.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Business/freelancer subscriptions: billed monthly/annually; non-refundable once charged; cancellations apply from the next billing cycle.
Loyalty points: businesses define their own reward reversal policies for service cancellations or refunds.

Expiry, earning rates, and redemptions are configured by each business and subject to change.
Fraudulent activity may result in reward reversal and account suspension.
