  • Subscriptions/campaigns: billed monthly/annually; non-refundable once charged.
  • Cancellation takes effect next billing cycle; no partial refunds.
  • Data export available for 30 days after termination.

2. Customers

  • Loyalty rewards and points: governed by each business's individual policies.
  • On service cancellations or disputes, reward reversal policies are defined by the merchant/service provider.
  • Disputes should be raised directly with the service provider; Twique provides experience data logs to assist resolution.

3. Reward Reversals & Disputes

  • Loyalty point reversals are handled per merchant-defined rules, typically within 3-5 business days.
  • Twique does not process payments or handle financial refunds. All payment-related disputes should be directed to your service provider.
